it was a packed full weekend. The only thing it seemed to be missing was a little r&r.
Friday night, friends and I headed out in Georgetown
here.
Saturday morning a much needed brunch was in order. We went to a place called,
Commissary. It was delicious and well worth the short wait.
if you don't feel like waiting for a table, they have this "lounge" area in the middle of the tables. You can sit in the seats that seem to be a mix of a sofa and a middle school desk.

latte and goat cheese sun dried tomato omelet hit the spot...
Along the way a few things we stumbled upon...
i love red doors, especially on churches...
and this little guy waiting patiently outside of whole foods for his owner..
