mini vaca

I spent last weekend down south in Charleston, SC. It felt great to get away, spend time on the beach, and enjoy good food, good weather and good company.

suprise of the weekend was running into Ashley. I have worked with her at SMU since I started at the store level. We ended up tagging along with her to an art gallery opening.

just got back from a mini vaca in Charleston, SC (pictures to come). First meal at home, quiona chicken salad. Found some delicious/healthy recipes in the Self magazine I read on the plane ride home.
